The first price it takes to be a trail blazer, to be consistent till you win, is courage. Courage is derived from conviction. Courage is not outsourced, it is generated from a conviction. Behind every genuine result you see, is a testament of endurance and courage.

Make no mistake that the anointing just came and move people. Before the anointing came, you know the audacity it takes to position yourself, to defy the crowd, to defy opinions. We live in a world that does not respect the sacrifices of people, the stamina and the staying power. “The man of God was just lucky, I think the businessman was just lucky”. Do you know the pain and the tears? Nobody wins the Olympic by mistake.

Deut 20:1-4… When you go to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army greater than yours, do not be afraid of them, because the LORD your God, who brought you up out of Egypt, will be with you. When you are about to go into battle, the priest shall come forward and address the army. He shall say: “Hear, O Israel, today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not be terrified or give way to panic before them. For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”

Hold on, you will think that God will take away the chariot. He said am with you but you will still see chariot, you will still see horses, you will still see people more than you. Oh David, when you see Goliath, Don’t be afraid. Remember the one that is with you. Forget about the seize of the adversaries.

The only way you see horses and chariot is when you go out to battle, not when you stay in. The courage to even go out is why you see adversaries. Can I tell you, there are people who looks that they don’t have challenges, is not that the devil is not attacking them, is that they themselves have not taken the first step of courage to dare destiny.

How did you know that there are alters fighting you? Is it not when there are commitment that I would be different and the alters heard you. They said, “we stop your father, we stop your grandmother… who is this man who is rising like a reed taken out of fire…”

It is not unusual to find forces that are greater than you….no! That sickness in your body, Those pills. You stand and you make up your mind, that everybody lived in a rented apartment forever but in the Name of Jesus, I will build and you ask, “how much can I buy a house? They tell you thirty million naira” and you check your account and you see four thousand naira and began to laugh like a f○○l. Remember, the jealousy of God is standing by you to defend you.

The stories of men are the exploits of courage in the midst of pain. There are people today, they were told they won’t survive certain things, they refused “I will not die”. They saw death again and again, I have a choice but I have made up my mind “no way”.

There are people who refuses, when one door closes, they don’t have time, they force another one open. We live in a world where people find pleasure justifying mediocrity and they sitdown there and use justifiable reason to remain there. “They destroy our house in 2007, that’s why I don’t have a house till now”. It looks like an obvious answer but that’s not the right one.
