How To Be Empowered Through Revelation And Praise- Bishop David Oyedepo
Romans 1:16 says,I am not ashame of the Gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes….
Inside the Gospel lies the power of God. Every genuine encounter with the truth, empowers a man for triumph.
In the school of power, everyone have something from this book(bible) to see the things they beginning to see. You must find something here(bible) before something really flows into your life.
There is a desperation that is in search of what is lost. Keep sweeping through the word of God until you find what to hold on to confront the opposition. If you set fire up, where there is no more wood, the fire will go out.
The Holy Ghost is the fire and the word of God is the wood. When the anointing lack the wood, the anointing will sway, the fire will go out. To keep the fire of the Holy Ghost, you will have to keep your attention on the word of God for revelation. You must be tired of just getting information from the book(bible). You must graduate from information to revelation.
Praise services the power system and turns out the old oil and brings in the new oil so that you don’t knock your engine. Praise service the power system and keeps it running at maximum capacity. We live in a world of conflict and power therefore is not an option.
Matthew 12:43-45 says, when an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.”
You can’t watch the oil runs out, you can’t watch the wood finished
